“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5)

God has been showing me for quite a while that I need to trust in Him. I cannot follow His ways by trying to control my own life. I say this now but I always end up rebelling because that’s something I do but need to stop. This week has been eye opening. I’ve been so tired but as I spend more time with Him in the week, I’ve been gaining strength, school hasn’t been as hard and I enjoy it a bit more. This is so easy to say when things are going so well, but I pray that I may be able to overcome any challenges that comes my way from here on out and that I may be able to praise and worship Him for all His greatness. Special shout out to Angie and Justin for always encouraging me and being there through good and bad. You have been pushing me to take action in my faith. Having a heart to know more about God but doing nothing to know more about Him is really pointless. Thank you! I will take action. I want to know more about Him and I will do what I can to do that and more. Praise the Lord for all He has done and yet to do. JUST DO IT!

After ~3 weeks, I am finally done unpacking! Didn’t think it would take this long. Feels more like home.
